There are strong, tangible and measurable benefits to good behaviour in business. Courtesy in the workplace eases workflows, helps develop strong, professional relationships amongst employees, and furthers their careers. Customer courtesy will influence how customers buy and whether they come back, and good behaviour by customers towards their suppliers will also reap huge rewards.
We are all part of the same continuum. So, as a special plea, can we all try to be nice to everyone with whom we work?
Our panel discuss the impact of courtesy (or the lack of it) on their work.
