Beyond Awareness Training: From Boardroom to Desktop

About this session

Awareness training often fails to change behaviour. Most focus on procedures rather than personal relevance, leaving staff unwilling to act, let alone care. This session explores how to move people through a full commitment journey, from awareness and understanding to ownership, commitment, and ultimately advocacy.
Peter shows how the same techniques – storytelling, real red team findings, and even advertising-style reframing work at every level of an organisation, from the boardroom to the shop floor. A practical walkthrough demonstrates how turning facts into benefits can transform compliance into buy-in.
Attendees will leave with techniques for building training that creates a true human firewall, engaging every audience, whatever their seniority.
