About this session

The pandemic has proven the importance of pastoral care, but what about the leaders themselves? As many of us embark on returning to the office, ongoing consciousness for the wellbeing of colleagues at every level must remain a priority if organisations hope to protect their most valuable assets.

Join Hannah, Nahim and Imogen in a fireside chat as they attempt to join the dots from handling subcultures to our basic human need for structure and stability in the context of security culture.

Why SASIG exists

Serve, not sell

SASIG is not here to make money. It needs revenue to survive and grow, and every pound of profit goes back into content and reach.

A safe space

The Chatham House Rule at every event and the SASIG Safe Space Charter. Members speak freely because nothing is attributed.

Since 2004, independent

More than two decades of education and networking for the industry, independent again since 2025 and back in a stronger form than ever.

Who is in the room

Security leaders from corporates, government including NCSC and the National Crime Agency, academia, law and police forces, meeting as equals.
